Our stay was mostly pleasant, with a few hiccups. While we had a frustrating check-in experience regarding our connecting rooms, the staff eventually resolved it. The room was comfortable but showing some signs of wear. The hotel is well-located in downtown, offering good access to local attractions. We found the dining options to be very good, although the cost could be higher than expected.

My experience at the hotel was quite mixed. On one hand, the location was great and the service was outstanding, especially the staff who made me feel really welcome. On the other hand, the rooms were noticeably outdated and needed cleaning. The dining experience also left something to be desired with some unexpected extra charges. Overall, while the service and location stood out, the condition of the rooms made it less than ideal for the price.
